NEW! Weld County residents can now submit complaints related to body art facilities and retail food establishments licensed in Weld County online at https://www.weldgov.com/departments/health_and_environment/ (see Submit a Complaint Online).
The Body Art complaint form can be used if you have experienced an adverse effect related to a body art procedure (tattoo or piercing) you received from a body art facility in Weld County.
The retail food establishment form can be used to report a suspected or confirmed foodborne illness that you believe may be related to a retail food establishment in Weld County.
If you do not have access to a computer, complaints can still be taken over the phone by calling 970-304-6415 or in person at the Department of Public Health & Environment, 1555 N. 17th Ave., Greeley, CO.

The Weld County Small Business Incentive Program continues to help small busines…
The Weld County Small Business Incentive Program continues to help small businesses in unincorporated Weld County thrive. Since the program began in 2014, a total of $123,608 has been distributed to eight businesses to help offset permitting fees. Facilitated by the Board of Commissioners and the Department of Planning, the Small Business Incentive Program was established with $500,000 from the county’s economic development fund in 2014. The program has provided businesses with $60,000 this year, and the commissioners believe it will help many more in the future.
